Can You Break Up Your Workouts and Still Burn Fat?

There are some workings that teach you to break up a workout into three ten minute chunks. This can really help you if you are so crunched for time. However if you really want to get this done then you need to learn how to workout incredibly intense since you are using such short bursts.

I highly suggest that you make your workout plans in a a full thirty minute chunk of time. You will get a much better workout and you’ll see results a lot faster. For most workouts, as long as you don’t have to drive to the gym, you can easily get a workout done in thirty minutes.

Plus think about it like this, if you break your workouts into ten minutes that you will have to get dressed three times a day and when you put that type of time together, you’ll see that it takes longer. So you really won’t be saving any time at all and most likely you’ll be using more.

A home gym that can do this for you would only have to have a bench, some dumbbells, and a stability ball would be a great start. It would not be too expensive to put that together either.
